Your use of our wedding planning tools—including but not limited to budget organizers, vendor directories, guest list managers, timeline creators, and checklist systems—is expressly conditioned upon your acceptance of all provisions contained herein. Should you disagree with any part of these Terms, your sole and exclusive remedy is to immediately discontinue all use of the Service and exit the website. No act of accessing, downloading content, or creating an account will be construed as partial acceptance; agreement is all-or-nothing. Continued use of the Service following the posting of any changes or updates to these Terms will constitute your affirmative acceptance of those modifications. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for updates, as they are subject to change at our discretion without individual notice. These Terms supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications, proposals, and agreements, whether electronic, oral, or written, between you and LETSGOBRIDE. Failure by LETSGOBRIDE to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision for the future.

The LETSGOBRIDE Service is offered and available only to individuals who are of legal age to form a binding contract in their jurisdiction of residence. In most territories, this means you must be at least 18 years old to register for an account and use our planning tools. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and possess the full legal capacity, right, and authority to enter into this agreement. If you are under the age of 18 but are considered an emancipated minor or possess parental/guardian consent, you must have such consent expressly provided to LETSGOBRIDE prior to account creation. Businesses, organizations, or entities registering for an account must have the legal authority to accept these Terms on behalf of the organization, and the individual registering hereby personally guarantees they have such authority. The Service is not intended for, nor directed to, any person under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. You further represent that you are not a person barred from receiving services under the laws of the United States or other applicable jurisdictions, including but not limited to embargoed countries or individuals on prohibited lists. You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes related to wedding, event, or celebration planning, and not for any unauthorized commercial exploitation. LETSGOBRIDE reserves the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse service, terminate accounts, or limit access to the Service to anyone for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these Terms. Eligibility may also be contingent on your compliance with specific regional laws regarding online services and data privacy.

To access certain premium features and personalized tools, you must create a LETSGOBRIDE account by providing accurate, current, and complete information as prompted on the registration form. You expressly agree not to provide any false information, impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity during registration or at any time thereafter. You are solely and entirely responsible for maintaining the strict confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username, password, and any other piece of information used as part of our security procedures. Any activity that occurs under your account, whether authorized by you or not, is your full responsibility, and you agree to notify LETSGOBRIDE immediately of any unauthorized access or breach of security. You may not transfer, sell, gift, or assign your account to any other person or entity without our prior written consent, as accounts are personal and non-transferable. You agree to provide and maintain true, accurate, and updated contact information (especially a valid email address) in your account profile to facilitate vital service communications. LETSGOBRIDE reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account, refuse current or future service, or remove or edit content if we determine, in our sole discretion, that you have provided false information, violated these Terms, or engaged in fraudulent conduct. We may, but are not obligated to, monitor new accounts to prevent misuse and may require additional verification steps to confirm your identity. You acknowledge that you are responsible for all data, text, information, and other materials ("Content") that you post, upload, transmit, or store in association with your account. LETSGOBRIDE will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these security obligations, and you may be held liable for losses incurred by us or another party due to someone else using your account.

As a condition of your use of the LETSGOBRIDE Service, you agree to use the platform only for lawful purposes related to planning and managing weddings or similar events. You are solely responsible for all Content you submit, post, display, or otherwise make available through the Service, including budgets, guest lists, vendor notes, messages, and uploaded files. You agree not to use the Service to upload, post, transmit, or otherwise distribute any Content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, invasive of another's privacy, hateful, or racially/ethnically objectionable. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to: engaging in spamming, phishing, or sending unsolicited commercial communications; distributing malware, viruses, or any other destructive code; attempting to gain unauthorized access to other accounts, computer systems, or networks; interfering with or disrupting the Service or servers/networks connected to the Service; and using any automated system (e.g., bots, scrapers) to access the Service or collect data without our express written permission. You shall not use the Service to infringe upon any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright, or other proprietary rights of any party, including by uploading copyrighted material without permission. You agree not to use the Service to stalk, harass, harm, or intimidate another individual, or to collect/store personal data about other users for any unauthorized purpose. Any use of the Service that, in our judgment, burdens our systems, degrades performance, or negatively impacts other users' experience may result in immediate suspension or termination. You acknowledge that LETSGOBRIDE is not responsible for the conduct, whether online or offline, of any user of the Service, including vendors you may connect with through our platform. You agree to comply with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws and regulations in connection with your use of the Service.

Certain advanced features and premium content within LETSGOBRIDE are offered on a paid subscription basis, as indicated on our pricing page at the time of your enrollment. By initiating a paid subscription, you expressly agree to pay all fees and charges associated with that subscription at the then-current rates, plus any applicable taxes. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) and are non-refundable except as expressly provided in these Terms or as required by applicable law. You authorize LETSGOBRIDE (or our designated third-party payment processor) to charge your chosen payment method (credit card, debit card, etc.) for all applicable fees at the beginning of each billing cycle. If your payment method fails or your account is past due, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to premium services immediately and pursue collection of owed amounts, which may include charging a late fee and/or interest. Subscription plans automatically renew for successive periods of the same duration unless you actively cancel your subscription through your account settings before the renewal date. You are responsible for all taxes (including VAT, GST, sales tax, etc.) associated with your subscription based on the billing address you provide. LETSGOBRIDE reserves the right to modify subscription fees and pricing plans at any time; however, any price changes will apply to subsequent billing cycles following notice to you, typically via email or an in-app message. We may, at our sole discretion, offer free trials for certain subscriptions; you may be required to enter billing information to start a trial, and you will be charged when the trial period ends unless you cancel beforehand. All currency references are in U.S. Dollars unless otherwise specified, and international transactions may incur additional bank or exchange fees for which you are responsible. Refunds, if granted, are entirely at LETSGOBRIDE's discretion and will typically only be provided under exceptional circumstances, such as a material failure of the Service that we cannot resolve.

The LETSGOBRIDE Service, including its entire content, features, and functionality, is the exclusive property of LETSGOBRIDE Inc., our licensors, or other content providers, and is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. This includes, but is not limited to, the website design, logos, graphics, icons, images, text, software code, audio clips, video clips, the compilation of all content on the site, and the underlying technology and "look and feel" of the platform. The name "LETSGOBRIDE," our logos, and all related names, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of LETSGOBRIDE. or its affiliates, and may not be used without our prior written permission. All other trademarks, service marks, and logos used on the Service are the property of their respective owners. Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for your personal, non-commercial wedding planning purposes. This license does not include any resale or commercial use of the Service or its contents; any collection and use of any product listings, descriptions, or prices; any derivative use of the Service or its contents; or any use of data mining, robots, or similar data gathering and extraction tools. You may not modify, reproduce, distribute, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any material from our Service, except for temporary storage in your browser cache or as otherwise expressly permitted by us. Your User Content (as defined) remains your intellectual property, but by posting it, you grant LETSGOBRIDE a worldwide, perpetual, royalty-free, sublicensable license to use, host, store, reproduce, modify, and display that content solely to operate, improve, and promote the Service. Any unauthorized use of the Service or its contents terminates the license granted by LETSGOBRIDE and may violate intellectual property laws.

The LETSGOBRIDE Service may contain links to external third-party websites, applications, advertisements, or services ("Third-Party Services") that are not owned or controlled by us, such as vendor websites, payment gateways, advertising networks, and social media platforms. These links are provided solely for your convenience and reference; we do not endorse, warrant, or assume any responsibility for the content, privacy policies, terms of use, or practices of any Third-Party Services. Your interactions with these Third-Party Services are solely between you and the third party, and you acknowledge that LETSGOBRIDE shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with your use of such services. When you leave our Service, you should carefully review the applicable terms and privacy policy of every Third-Party Service you visit, as they govern your rights and obligations. LETSGOBRIDE is not a party to, and disclaims all responsibility for, any contracts or agreements formed between you and any vendor, planner, or other service provider you engage with through our platform. We do not act as an agent for any third party and expressly disclaim any liability arising from your reliance on information or services provided by third parties. You agree that we are not responsible for monitoring transactions between you and third-party providers and we will not be a party to disputes arising from such transactions.

YOUR USE OF THE LETSGOBRIDE SERVICE AND ALL CONTENT, TOOLS, AND INFORMATION PROVIDED THROUGH IT IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK. THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, LETSGOBRIDE DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE FROM VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS. LETSGOBRIDE DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE RESULTS OBTAINED FROM USING THE SERVICE WILL BE ACCURATE, RELIABLE, OR MEET YOUR EXPECTATIONS, AS THE SERVICE PROVIDES TOOLS FOR PLANNING BUT DOES NOT GUARANTEE WEDDING OUTCOMES. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DELAYS, DELIVERY FAILURES, OR OTHER DAMAGE RESULTING FROM EVENTS BEYOND OUR REASONABLE CONTROL, INCLUDING NETWORK FAILURES, NATURAL DISASTERS, OR ACTIONS OF THIRD PARTIES. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL LETSGOBRIDE, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICE. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE, WHETHER IN CONTRACT, TORT, OR OTHERWISE, SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF THE AMOUNT YOU HAVE PAID TO LETSGOBRIDE IN THE PAST SIX MONTHS OR ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100). SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OF CERTAIN WARRANTIES OR THE LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT LETSGOBRIDE IS NOT A WEDDING PLANNER, VENDOR, OR LEGAL ADVISOR, AND THE SERVICE IS A TOOLKIT; ALL DECISIONS AND CONTRACTS WITH VENDORS ARE YOUR SOLE RESPONSIBILITY.

You may terminate your account and discontinue your use of the LETSGOBRIDE Service at any time and for any reason by following the account closure instructions within your account settings or by contacting our support team. Upon termination, your right to access and use the Service will immediately cease, and your account and profile may become inaccessible. LETSGOBRIDE reserves the right, at our sole discretion, to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service at any time, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms. Grounds for termination by us may include, but are not limited to: (a) actual or suspected violation of these Terms; (b) engagement in fraudulent or illegal activity; (c) unexpected technical or security issues; (d) prolonged inactivity; (e) requests by law enforcement or other government agencies; or (f) discontinuance or material modification of the Service. Following termination of your account, all licenses and other rights granted to you under these Terms will immediately terminate, but provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including ownership, disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability) shall continue in full force. We are under no obligation to retain your User Content following account termination and may, at our discretion, delete or anonymize such data in accordance with our data retention policy and Privacy Policy. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any termination of your access to the Service or deletion of your account or User Content. If we terminate your account for cause, you are prohibited from registering a new account under your name, a fake or borrowed name, or the name of any third party, even if you are acting on behalf of the third party. In the event of termination for any reason, you remain responsible for any outstanding payments owed to LETSGOBRIDE.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of, or related to, these Terms or the Service shall be instituted exclusively in the federal or state courts located in San Francisco County, California. You irrevocably consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts and waive any and all objections to the exercise of jurisdiction over you by such courts. Prior to initiating any formal legal proceeding, you and LETSGOBRIDE agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting the other party and engaging in good-faith negotiations for a period of at least thirty (30) days. Notice of the dispute must be sent in writing to LETSGOBRIDE's official contact address and include a detailed description of the claim and the relief sought. If the dispute is not resolved within this 30-day period, either party may then initiate arbitration or litigation as provided. YOU AND LETSGOBRIDE AGREE THAT EACH MAY BRING CLAIMS AGAINST THE OTHER ONLY IN YOUR OR ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY, AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING. This waiver applies to class arbitration, and you and we both agree to waive the right to a trial by jury. All claims must be brought within one (1) year after the claim arises, except that claims brought under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) must be brought within the statute of limitations provided by that law. This Dispute Resolution section will survive any termination of your account or the Service.

LETSGOBRIDE reserves the unilateral right, at our sole discretion, to revise, update, change, modify, add to, or remove portions of these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice. Such modifications may be made to reflect changes in our Service, business practices, legal or regulatory requirements, or for any other reason we deem necessary. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website with a new "Last Updated" date and/or by sending an email notification to the address associated with your account. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes, as your continued use of the Service following the posting of any revised Terms constitutes your binding acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the new Terms, you must immediately stop using the Service and terminate your account. No modification of these Terms by you shall be valid or enforceable unless expressly agreed to in a writing signed by an authorized officer of LETSGOBRIDE. We may also, in the future, offer new services and/or features through the Service, which shall also be subject to these Terms unless otherwise stated. Failure by LETSGOBRIDE to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not be construed as a waiver of our right to enforce that or any other provision in the future. If any modification is unacceptable to you, your only recourse is to cease using the Service. We are not bound by, and you may not rely on, any representation by any employee, agent, or representative about future modifications or the interpretation of these Terms.
